that only the top 3 of the above are elected to their office--- other than the top 3 of the above, all of the
others must be nominated by the U.S. President. Those nominees remain in an Acting capacity until they are confirmed
by the U.S. Senate.
Any of the above named positions, after Vice President, must be a natural born citizen of the U.S. in order to be eligible to be the President of the United States per the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1.
