Post Commander Tiffany Bothell has checked into the Red Lion Inn in Pasco, WA in order to attend the 4-day mid-winter VFW Statewide Conference.

 

Among meetings & presentations, the attendees will preview the candidates for the State officers who will be elected during the annual State VFW convention in June 2025.

VFW Post 3348 members voted to give a portion of the donations they recieved from their 2024 Buddy Poppy events just before Christmas. Two of the more significant donations given are:

 

12/10/2024 --- Shoreline Veterans Center (SVC) was given $1,250 to be used for 25 gift cards worth $50 each for each of the 25 formerly homeless veterans living at SVC. The donation was accepted by the SVC Program Manager Shree Vigil. Photo available on our Facebook page.

 

12/17/2024 --- Friends of Fisher House Puget Sound were given $3,000. This Fisher House provides a home away from home, free of charge, to families of veterans receiving care in the adjacent VA hospital in Seattle. The donation was accepted by Elizabeth and John representing Fisher House. Photo available on our Facebook page.
